By accessing the site and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older. As a visitor to this site, you may be asked to provide information or details, and it is a condition of the use of this site by you, that you any and all information provided will be complete, accurate and correct. If we believe any of the information you provide is incorrect, we may refuse to you, any access to our site, and suspend or terminate access to you at any time.

Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself or any other person or entity is forbidden and will be subject to violations of law review. You may not solicit, advertise or sponsor anything on the site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to you or anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit our products and services to any person or geographic region on a case by case basis. You must not upload or transmit any malware of malicious code which will result in immediate termination of your access.

All products must be used as directed, and may not be used illegally, and you must uphold all the laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to copy, sell, reproduce, exploit or duplicate and part of our website or products that we offer without express written permission by us. You cannot post copyrighted materials of any kind, as well as vulgar, pornographic or obscene information, as well as any copyrighted or proprietary rights, or anything that does not pertain to our site. We have the right to remove, alter, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use in any way any comments that you may leave on the site.

Orders, prices, Returns and Shipping

Please provide us with an accurate and complete billing and shipping address, and phone number when ordering. This will prevent any possible delays with shipping.

Descriptions of, or pricing of products can change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, nor do we claim that the quality of any product or service or information offered will completely meet your expectations. colours of products may vary depending on your monitor, and may not show completely accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, which may include, but no limited to, out of stock items, incorrect pricing, discontinued items, shortages of materials, price increases, or any other reason we decide we need to. This includes any suspicious activity, or limiting the number of items per address or credit card, and may include distributors or re-sellers.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for our products, unless specified in the description for that product. You may return any unused (must not be more than 1/3 empty) less shipping. We require 1-2 weeks before your refund will appear on your credit account.

We ship all orders within 1 business day, with delivery usually 2-7 business days (depending on the location). All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and we will email you a confirmation email. If there is a problem with your order, if you have not received it, or it is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@loudlabs.au. You must contact within a day or two in order to have the issue rectified. You agree that there might be some taxes depending on your location.

Medical Doctors and Liability

As with any issue relating to medical treatments, we recommend that you consult a doctor or physician before using any of our products, especially if you take any medications. Never disregard any advice from your doctor or other qualified medical professionals concerning anything you have read on our site, whether by us, or any comments left by customers. 

All of the products and services provided to you are “as is” for your use, and do not provide any warranties, representation or any conditions, whether implied or any way expressed for any quality or durability or purpose, title and and non-infringement.

In no case shall info@loudlabs.au, our owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, any service providers or licensor’s be liable for any claim, injury, loss, or any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar type of damages, that may arise from your use of any of the products or services obtained from our website, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase or use of any service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any product we sell, or any service that we provide, or have made available, even if advised of their possibility.

info@loudlabs.au holds no liability for any computer viruses, malware, or damages that might infect your computer or any other property that may result by using our products or services, downloading any files, or browsing our site. In no event will info@loudlabs.au or any our owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, any service providers or licensor’s be liable to you or anyone else for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, which includes without any limitations, any effect or damage that may result in lost profits, data or any interruption of business as a result of using our website regardless of the ability or inability to use it, or any site that is linked to our site. You agree that any problem that might occur with this site, your only remedy will be to cease to use this site.

You Agree that if there is any problem with any product or service you have purchased or used on our site will be remedied by seeking to return or obtain a refund in accordance with our policies. If your use of our products is used in participation with any organization that bans such products, we are held as not responsible for your usage, your use this product in this case at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree that you will indemnify us, our owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, any service providers or licensor’s (hereinafter known as “Indemnified Parties”), to be totally harmless and blameless in the case that any kind of claims or damages against us by any third party made to us for any product or use of our website, or any goods or services that we might provide, for any of these claims or damages by you agreeing to pay for any legal fees, including (but not limited to) court costs, and attorneys’ fees of the Indemnified Parties. You also agree to indemnify and hold all associated Indemnified Parties free and harmless of any issues, problems, damages, claims from any products, services or any information contained on our site.

You also agree not to hold us responsible for any disruption or failure to deliver any orders that are beyond our control, such as weather problems, disasters, terrorism, strikes, postal issues or acts of God.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions turnout to be unlawful or void or legally untenable, the remaining parts of these terms shall remain intact and enforceable as though that unlawful part does not affect the validity and enforce-ability of the remaining terms and Conditions.
