Refund policy
Returns
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
Exchanges
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
We ship all orders within 1 business day, with delivery usually 2-7 business days (depending on the location). All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and we will email you a confirmation email. If there is a problem with your order, if you have not received it, or it is damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. You must contact within a day or two in order to have the issue rectified. You agree that there might be some taxes depending on your location.
